A shared washer/dryer with FL2 is available on site; water/refuse pick-up (one refuse/one recycle per unit) is included along with electric (up to $100 per month); anything above this is tenant's responsibility and will be added to the account balance on the following month; heat is split 50/50 between FL1/FL2 and added to the account balance the following month. One-month security deposit required at lease signing and first month's rent due upon move-in. Small pets negotiable: if accepted, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $15 per month, per pet fee.
