Hi! We're a quiet and respectful couple in our early 30s looking for a roommate to share our home. It is a 3 bed, 3 1/2 bath townhouse. Nice open floor plan, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, dishwasher and garbage disposal in kitchen, fenced patio, and off-street parking. The first floor is shared space. We have a mid-sized dog and a cat who mostly stay on the second floor with us.
