Finished basement with plenty of windows for sunlight. 1 master bedroom with attached master bathroom and 1 guest bedroom. Living room with fireplace and an extra area for dining/ office. Small kitchenette in living room. Private entrance into fully fenced in backyard. If backyard is snowy, then you are welcome to use the stairway upstairs that comes right up to the home's front entrance. Driveway parking spot. Shared laundry room is in basement, hoping to add laundry room upstairs so we can be completely seperate. Utilities paid by landlord unless electric surpasses an agreed upon amount. No pets, as I have 3 dogs (very sweet, polite, and well trained: golden retriever, Australian shepherd, and Brittany spaniel).
