Room for Rent $600 Monthly includes all utilities + free Wi-Fi Internet. 1 year Lease $600 Monthly, 6 month Lease at $750 Monthly. Move in Fee: $850 - $100 Special Discount per Landlord. Rooms are 1st come 1st serve Landlord cannot hold rooms unless an additional Fee is paid to hold the room. Applicants must pass a background check, have no evictions or vacate judgements. Application is free but background check is $55. Applicants must be Employed 1 year Income $1,000 Monthly, have 3 months of recent check stubs, must be Verified by Employer. If receiving SSI/SSD income must be $900 monthly but Applicant must receive Food Stamps. If not receiving Food Stamps Applicant income must be $1,000 Monthly. Applicants must be okay living with Men or Women, Can get along well with others, Can climb stairs with no problem, and Follow Rooming House Guidelines. Rooms are private with lock and key. Kitchen, Bathroom, and Living Room are shared common areas by 2 other Tenants.
