Small Furnished Room in Shared HOME in Great Location tenant pay shared utilities-$850

We have one rooms in 6 bedroom townhouse with multiple roommates. We only allow oWe have one rooms in 6 bedroom townhouse with multiple roommates. We only allow one person per room. The kitchen and Baths are shared. There is a very nice backyard for outdoor activities hanging out BBQ etc... Each roommate gets their room with a lock. The roommates are young professionals ages late 20s and early 30s mixed sex and all have gone through background/credit checks. Must have no criminal history, and proof of income to cover the rent and utilities. The minimum lease is 3 months and after that month to month or can sign a longer-term lease. There is a $65 nonrefundable application fee. At the time of signing the lease, one month's rent is a security deposit and the first month's rent is due. Tenant responsible for his/her share of the utilities. Usually run between $80-$225 includes Electricity, Water bill, cleaning service & Internet. The property is updated and has AC central heating.
