This is a very basic space but far away from all other rooms in the home so you would have ample privacy. Xtra storage space in garage if needed. Room is ideal for a quiet person, who works a lot away from home and is simply seeking inexpensive lodging. However, we are requiring a 12-month rental term (no short term rentals), no pets and no couples. RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, SHARED HOME SUPPLIES, PARKING, LAUNDRY, and GROUNDS KEEPING.
The 5 bedroom home is VERY spacious & clean. Share very large kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 ovens & lots of cabinet storage, dining table, bar table, picnic table + very large formal dining room for group meals.
