Utilities included. A comfortable, fully furnished, small brick home with parking directly out front (if you want us to remove items such as the beds/nightstands, table, TV etc., we can as well). The home has a small bathroom and a shower with sliding glass doors. The kitchen has granite countertops and most necessities, stove, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave tupperware, pots/pans, and silverware. The master bedroom is carpeted and has 2 beds, a queen and a twin. The bedroom also has a nightstand and build in shelves in the wall. The second bedroom has one twin bed and a nightstand. The living room has a couch, electric fireplace, a built in granite shelf, coffee table, and smart TV. The home also has a washer/dryer and outdoor ring security motion light and camara.
