FYI: This is a SHARED TOWNHOUSE w/3 other renters. Young male professionals - all respectful and quiet.

Seeking ONE individual renter for one bedroom in upstairs of townhouse. (fairly small, but cozy 8x10 sized bedroom)

1.5 baths, so you will share shower with 3 others, and bathroom with 2 other people.

Seeking student or young professional male. Open to females as well. No couples or kids, sorry.

Furnished first floor. Shared kitchen, dining, living room & deck.

BGE (gas, electric) would be split between renters. Typically $30-60/month (split up) Verizon would also be split: $30/month for gig speed internet.

1 year lease with auto-renew option available. Husband and wife that also rent a small property locally in Relay. Not a big "landlord" type of deal or company - very personable yet experienced.
