Property Overview
Welcome to Ski Bird’s Paradise, a modified Tahoe A-frame cabin designed for comfort, convenience, and year-round adventure. Nestled in a flat, accessible neighborhood near town and major resorts, this 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably and offers great flow, cozy living spaces, and serene forest views.

Enjoy easy winter prep in the spacious entry mudroom, unwind in the living area with a plush sectional and Roku TV, or soak in the sun on the south-facing deck. The open kitchen and in-kitchen dining make mealtime a breeze. With five bedrooms spread across two levels, there’s room for your whole ski group to spread out and relax.

Rental Terms & Conditions
Additional Costs Include: Internet, water/sewer, trash, parking, keyless entry, and 2 hours/month housekeeping

Tenant Pays: Natural gas and electricity ( directly to service provider), Snow removal service (owner arranges; tenant reimburses pro-rated seasonal cost)

Security Deposit: Equal to 1 month’s rent (entire lease term must be prepaid). See Agent for alternative payment and deposit options

AWD/4WD vehicles strongly recommended in winter

Dogs considered with monthly pet fee (restrictions apply – see agent)

Rental Rates

7-Month Lease: $4,999/month (must start before October 2025)

Plus $275 per month for additional monthly costs (internet, keyless entry, booking fee, housekeeping, trash, water/sewer, etc.)
6-Month Lease: $5,150/month (Lease must start by November 15)

Plus $280 per month for additional monthly costs (internet, keyless entry, booking fee, housekeeping, trash, water/sewer, etc.)
5-Month Lease: $5,260/month (Lease must start by December 15)

Plus $295 per month for additional monthly costs (internet, keyless entry, booking fee, housekeeping, trash, water/sewer, etc.)
4-Month Lease: $5,500/month (Lease must start by January 15, 2026 or later)

Plus $315 per month for additional monthly costs (internet, keyless entry, booking fee, housekeeping, trash, water/sewer, etc.)
