Rental Terms & Conditions

Additional Costs Include: Cable TV, wireless internet, phone, water/sewer, trash (community dumpster), parking (limit 3 cars), 2 hours/month housekeeping service, keyless entry (see Agent for monthly cost)

Tenant Pays: Natural gas and electricity paid directly to service provider

Security Deposit: Equal to 1 month’s rent (entire lease term must be prepaid). See Agent for alternative payment and deposit options.

Plus $390 per month for additional monthly costs (internet, keyless entry, booking fee, housekeeping, trash, water/sewer, etc.)

6-Month Lease: $3,880/month
Plus $400 per month for additional monthly costs
(Lease must start by December 7, 2025)

5-Month Lease: $4,050/month
Plus $415 per month for additional monthly costs
(Lease must start by January 9, 2026)
