Tenant Pays: Natural gas and electricity (directly to provider), Snow removal service (owner arranges; tenant reimburses pro-rated seasonal cost), Pet fee- if applicable (dogs & cats considered with approval)

Security Deposit: Equal to 1 month’s rent (entire lease term must be prepaid) See agent for alternative payment and deposit options.
