Single Rooms for Rent - $1,000/month

Looking for roommates in a brand-new 5 bed / 3 bath house just 15 mins from downtown (Skyridge Community). Easy access to I-65, East Nashville, and Opryland.

Right now it's just my girlfriend and I living with our dog. He's an old dog, very lowkey and well behaved. My girlfriend works at a law firm and I play drums full time. We're primarily looking for male tenants in their 20's-30's, bonus if they're in the music industry. We're laid-back— I like hunting, she likes horses, and we like keeping the house clean and chill.

House has a modern kitchen, various kitchen appliances, furnished common areas (still working on the loft upstairs), washer/dryer, dishwasher, ADT smart security, fast fiber internet, and a big backyard view.

$1,000/month includes all utilities (water, electric, fiber-optic internet, ADT home security monitoring system). $1,000 security deposit to move in.
Unfortunately, we're not gonna be having other pets at this time. Clean, respectful roommates only.
