You will be sharing the home with 2 other people including the landlord; female in her 30s and an IT young professional in his 20s. Your room is located upstairs and will be sharing a bathroom with another male housemate. Kitchen is rather small, so low cooking housemate is preferred. There is a large backyard with patio furniture and a garden. Looking for a clean, respectful and polite roommate. Single occupancy only, no couples or children. Sorry!
