There is a new deck out back to relax outdoors plus a working fireplace for colder winter months. The backyard has a barbeque and plenty of space to entertain guests around a fire pit. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house, so you will be sharing the bathroom with another roommate. Kitchen and living room are shared as well. There is a TV on the wall in your bedroom that is plugged and ready for internet streaming. A desk is in the room along with a couple drawers, under bed storage and a closet for clothing and more storage. Please set up a time to view the space.
