Fun mixed (part female) group. We share the kitchen, living room, backyard, etc. All utilities included. Generally, this covers: Water/gas/sewer, electric, internet (100 MB), cable, wifi, trash/recycling, cleaning products, laundry detergent/dryer sheets/stain stuff & paper products (TP/towels/tissues/printer paper). Cleaning service & yard maintenance included. Rooms are single occupancy only - no couples. You should be self-sufficient, with own transportation, consistent income, and no substance abuse issues.
