Single Bedroom

This apartment space has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and in unit laundry both washer and dryer.

You will have three other roommates, all of which are female. Your room comes with a desk, a desk chair, and a single bed as well as two dresser units and a closet.

You will have a room to yourself and your own personal vanity outside of the bathroom. The two bathrooms are shared however between two tenants.

The living space does come with Wifi and AC/Heating. All utility bills are included in the rent payment. (For a total of $1280)

The Kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a sink, and a microwave. Lots of counter and storage space.

The Living room has couches, side tables, and a tv.

Property insurance is required. (They provide an insurance company they use for $15 a month or you can choose one of your own.)

The complex also comes with an outdoor pool, basketball hoops, vending machines, a full sand volleyball court, BBQ's, a gym, and fire pits.

They also hold events in the main office lounge space for movie nights, ice cream, and other fun activities.

This apartment is pet friendly. There are pet fees. This lease does not cover those fees.

A parking pass will be needed to park at the complex or you can purchase a parking pass at CSUS for their overnight lot.

This lease is for 9 months. It ends May 26th 2026. Lease renewal is available.
