DISCOUNT for 1 individual. All adults required to fill out short application, sign short term lease. $1500/monthly/$500 refundable sd/ $500 refundable pet deposit for dog( one dog only), $250 NONREFUNDABLE cleaning fee. Dog must be crated when left alone. NO CATS! Payment is thru Venmo or Zelle. 1st months rent, security deposits, and cleaning fee will be due the day you move in. Unlimited High Speed internet and all utilities paid.
One month stays considered but 2 TO 6 MONTH TERM stays preferred. IF interested, fill out the prescreener & an application will be sent. Deposit required to hold the house until you arrive. Great for traveling nurses & other professionals. 5 minutes from hospital. Close to downtown and shopping. Check for available dates.
