All bedding and towels are provided. Dishes and pots and pans and cutlery provided. On street parking. One dog is allowed but with a $500 pet fee. Dog must be crated when left unattended. NO CATS. All utilities plus internet included. Fill out a prescreener and an application will be sent to you. 1 Month stays considered but 2 to 6 months stays preferred. Check for available dates. A holding fee will be required to hold the house for you until you arrive. All money is due at move in when you sign a short term lease. Venmo or Zelle is used for payment. Great for traveling nurses and professionals. 5 minutes from hospital. Close to downtown and shopping.
