Share my Lakeside Condo with another female, furnished with no lease

Condo on the water to share with another FEMALE in a
quiet, safe, gated community, one exit from Akron/Canton airport. No lease, but a 60 day notice before vacating is required. I'd be upstairs and and you'd have the downstairs master bedroom with fireplace, walk in closet, attached private bathroom, with sliding glass doors that you can walk out to the upper and lower deck by the water.

The backyard patio and decks are so peaceful, especially when lit up at night. There is a wood fire pit and a gas one too. There is also a swimming pool and you will have use of the pedal boat as well. It's like being on vacation all summer long! Plenty of parking for you and your guests.

I'm a professional 60 yr female that's clean, organized, active, quite but social, looking for a clean, safe and responsible FEMALE to share my living space. I'm just not comfortable sharing with a male. 1st month rent & deposit required with background check.
