It is very convenient for grad students and young professionals. The Yale shuttle stop and the bus station are right around the corner. It is also short walk to downtown, cafes, and restaurants.

Monthly rate is $1200 with all utilities are included in rent. It is month to month contract. Short and long term are okay but long term preferable.
