We have a swimming pool, pebble rock w/ shallow and deep end, no diving board.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We are very close to an elementry school. Prefered early work schedule. We will be splitting the /electric/water/trash and an option for internet. Great backyard, 2 car inside garage, we can park atleast 2 vehicles on the street and 2.5 car spaces on the carport. So plenty of parking. Month to month lease, we can talk about an extended lease but there will be no variance in price. a $800 required security deposit - No 1st and last months rent required. 1 month is $1000 and + $800 refundable deposit = a total move in cost of $1800. No first and last month required.
