Criteria for Applicants

    1.    Credit Score: Requiring a credit score of 640 or higher.

    2.    Income Requirement: The applicant's income must be three times the rent (standard practice)

    3.    Occupancy Limit: Limit occupancy to two (plus one) industry-standard rules to rent a one-bedroom.  
   
    4.    No Smoking Policy: To maintain a healthy environment, prohibiting smoking is a standard policy in the multi-unit buildings.

If approved, the Renter's Insurance & proof of confirmation must be submitted before possession of the apartment.
