Partially furnished with a full-size bed, desk, chair, dresser,& bookshelf. Place is suitable for one professional and occasional guests. Parking is on the driveway for only one car. The place has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. For heavy cooking you can share the house kitchen. Share laundry facilities with other easy going working professionals. The studio is located on the second floor, and the stairway leading to the studio is shared with other two tenants. The rent does not include utilities. The utilities are shared among all tenants and are paid in addition to the rent. Must have a permanent, verifiable US job, and good credit history or, be a student. Credit and background checks will be performed.
