We usually have individual, full time employed men over age 35 staying here for work.

Older mobile home private economy room for WEEKLY rent. $125 weekly for this room only. Twin bed only can fit. Furnished. Shared common areas with up to 2 other tenants. Kitchen/dining/full bath/laundry and outside porch areas are shared. Single adult person per room. No sharing rooms. No minors. No pets, no smoking inside, no drugs, absolutely no visitors. No exceptions.

Management lives next door. This is a fully functioning farm. You WILL hear/see critters 24/7. All tenants are full time working adults coming and going about their daily business. Larger rooms, efficiency apartments, RV spots, primitive tent camping also available.
