Recently updated unit with a new stainless steel stove and refrigerator located close to public transportation and 290. This one bedroom one bathroom unit is a ground unit and would be perfect for someone or a small family looking to save money and live comfortably. Rent is $900/month with a $900 moving fee (non-refundable) available starting 5/31/2025 (could be sooner). I'll be looking for 6+ months or employment (it will be verified) as well as 1+ years of rental history (also will be verified). Medium to small pets are welcome (there will be an additional charge of $50/month for pet rent). Credit score of 580+ preferred, but I am not too focused on a credit score and can be flexible depending on your situation.
