HIGHLAND PARK: Fully refreshed, spacious one-bedroom, NON-smoking/incense burning apartment, with shared front/backyard, of two-family home; hardwood floors and tile in wet areas. Cooling supplied via window A/C(s) and heat via portable heaters. Kitchen has fridge and gas stove; new washer and dryer installed in December 2023 and shared with other tenants; water and refuse pick-up (one refuse/one recycle per unit) is included in the rent while gas and electricity are tenant's responsibility. One-month security deposit required at lease signing and first month's rent due upon move-in. Pets' negotiable: if accepted, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $15 per month, per pet fee.
