We are looking for responsible and friendly roommates to share a comfortable bedroom in a spacious 4-bed, 2-bath home in Downtown SLC. The fully furnished residence includes all utilities and internet in the rent

Enjoy a prime location just a short walk from a variety of dining, cafes, and grocery stores, with easy access to transportation via the nearby Trax Station and bus stops

To ensure a safe environment, we will screen all applicants for criminal or eviction history, there is a $55 application fee. PS: rooms are for individuals only and can't be shared

Each bedroom features a new queen-size bed, side table, and bedside lamp. A desk and chair can be provided upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area includes a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV. Common areas and bathrooms are cleaned every two weeks

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we have house rules: no smoking or vaping on the property, no parties, and quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
