We rent single and shared rooms at low rates, utilities and continental breakfast included. Hilgard Haven is comfortable and quiet, perfect for students looking for a study-friendly place! The house is cleaned and disinfected regularly with top-of-the-line products and equipment. Tenants can expect a clean home and social distancing.
