Quiet, established neighborhood close to shopping centers, parks and the Rocklin Rd exit and Sierra College. Utilities and wifi included aside from PGE which tenant helps contribute toward. Tenant also responsible for contributing toward house cleaning. No smoking, no parties, & no overnight guests. No pets, although there is a dog that occasionally stay w/other adult overnight. Tenant expected to abide by basic household agreements/rules. Room offered furnished with queen bed but we can also offer unfurnished. Washer and dryer available in unit. Ramp entrance to front door. 6 month lease to start and then month-to-month.Credit of 650 or higher.
