Located in suburban neighborhood within Mira Mesa, only a 10 minute walk to grocery stores and shopping centers. Approx 15 minutes away from Miramar college, the 15/ 5 & 805 freeways.

The home just underwent a complete renovation so everything is brand new. The 2 available rooms share a bathroom.
Current resident upstairs has a large dog, so no applicants with pets are being accepted and you must be a dog person.

Proof of income required. No drugs, heavy drinkers, or couples. Only one person per room. Utilities are included In the rent.
