If date of move-in is not the first of the month, we will establish amount due based on specific move-in date (we would prorate).

- 3 miles to Santa Monica College.
- 3.8 miles to Venice Beach.
- 5.7 miles to UCLA.

- Conveniently close to the 10, 90 and 405 freeways, situated between Culver City, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica.

- This lovely home is within walking and/or riding distance to numerous restaurants/cafes, shops, bars, and grocery stores on nearby Venice Blvd., Centinela, Pico Blvd., Washington Blvd., Main St., and Abbot Kinney Blvd.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

- Great natural light, beautiful hardwood floors, ceiling fan, closet w/shelving for storage, sufficient room for a bed, desk, drawers, unfurnished (we have a solid wood dresser for use if needed).

- Renter would share the main bath with myself and one other renter who only uses the shower (they have a bathroom in their room).

- The house is already furnished, so there is no room for extra furniture/personal items within the house.

A respectful, mature, and responsible individual that can honor and appreciate the living space and environment we have created, while maintaining a CLEAN room/common spaces, properly taking care of all household items/appliances, and the general property.
