Washer and dryer in garage. Street parking with no permit required. 2 dogs, 1 cat and 1 house rabbit. Fairly large backyard with some workout equipment available for use. Current occupant is moving out June 15th so there is availability to move before July 1st.

My name is Katlin and my husband is Brandon. We have another roommate whose has lived with us for 12 years and is a friend. Our roommate and I work full time and my husband works out of the house doing laser engraving. Our roommate and my husband also coach wrestling at SLO high school. I graduated from Cal Poly in 2011. I am a clinical Laboratory Scientist and I work at Marian Regional Medical Center. We are all older now (over 30) so we are usually relaxing after work or getting ready for work. Not too much noise and we go to bed fairly early. Our animals are friendly and will beg for treats. Pretty cohesive unit looking for someone to rent the third bedroom.
