The deposit holds the room and confirms your stay. It is a room hold deposit for travel nurses who book in advance, which goes toward your security deposit. I have a system in place where everything is kept neat and beautiful. So your security is returned immediately upon the completion of the lease. Though there is a shared bathroom, the bathroom is shared with just 1 other person and is directly between the two rooms.
