We are a mature married couple in a single family home looking for a house mate. We have one upstair rooms for rent. It is not a seperate access living space. You enter the house at the living room and can go directly up the stairs to the two bedrooms and loft. The bedroom has a locking door for privacy. The two upstairs bedrooms share a single bathroom.

Rent is 750/month, utilities are included. The security deposit is one month's rent. The front bedroom is rented. The rear bedroom overlooks the back patio and firepit. The back bedroom has a bed, end tables with lamps, TV and a bookshelf.

Walking distance to fishing, disc golf course, picnic areas, lake swimming, flat water canoeing, biking, camping and 20 miles of hiking trails.
