Furnished 12x12 room for rent. Includes bed, bed linens, chest of drawers, microwave, refrigerator, small table with chair, TV, and room has separate A/C and heat. Room has private entrance and private bathroom. Towels, washcloths, and hand towels included. Includes WiFi and utilities.
Rent $900 includes weekly cleaning service, kitchen access, and laundry.
Cleaning includes: cleaning bathroom, vacuuming, changing sheets, trash service, and washing/changing towels are once a week.

Renters insurance required for stay longer then 30 days.

Amount to move in $900 + $200 refundable security deposit.
Application fee $55 through Turbotenant,com which also does the background check.

Rental for only 1 person. No pets, smoking, vaping, tobacco use of any kind, burning candles or incense. No drugs. No parties. No overnight guests. No exceptions.
