This is a non smoking environment. The room is available on August 1, 2025. Please note that cooking is NOT allowed , although roommate may USE microwave to warm food. Additionally the washer and dryer are NOT available for use. Rent is $1000 per month . Security deposit $350. Rent is due every 1st of the month, Late payment of $50/day will be assess after 1st of the month tenant is require to park in visitor parking.
