Room for rent

Furnished 12x12 room for rent. Includes bed, bed linens, chest of drawers, microwave, refrigerator, small table with chair, TV, and room has separate A/C and heat. Room has private entrance and semi-private bathroom. Towels, washcloths, and hand towels included. Will have to share bathroom when parents visit (3-4 times a year). Includes WiFi and utilities.

Rent $900 includes weekly cleaning service, kitchen access, and laundry.
Cleaning includes: cleaning bathroom, vacuuming, changing sheets, trash service are once a week and washing towels and sheets twice a week.

Renters insurance required.

Move in is first months rent ($900) + $200 refundable security deposit.
There will be an application fee through Turbotenant,com which also does the background check.

No pets, smoking, vaping, burning candles or incense and no drugs. No parties. No overnight guests.
