Room for rent

Close to Dalton State College. Near all needed shopping. Easy and close access to I75. Pool on the property. Private patio in which you are welcome to use and get comfy in with my large Papa San chairs lights and music. Full access to the living room. Kitchen (just clean up after yourself) May use my laundry room ( please purchase your own laundry soap) or pitch in for what I use. This is a two story apartment, this bedroom is upstairs with a large closet and the bathroom is right across the hall. Shower/tub room is a separate room between our two bathrooms and has locking doors, your privacy will never be intruded upon. My 2 babies are Lily and Boo bear. My two indoor ONLY cats. Mom and son. I have almost emptied the room completely as I am a little older and doing this by myself. If you are interested please reach out so we can make arrangements.
