This is one room for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment heat hot water and wifi is included, electricity is split between the tenants (typically less than 40/ month), it's in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to bus stop, just minutes from elm street and south willow. Right off of route 293 and Everett turnpike for easy access to Boston or Northern NH. Grocery store is a 4 minute drive away, and there's 3 gas stations/convenience stores within walking distance. Applebees, wingstop, little ceasers and many other stores are just a quick walk away, or even quicker drive away. Currently the other 2 rooms are occupied by 2 males, one in his mid 20s and the other In his mid 40s. There is on street parking available and during snow emergencies there is off street parking available.
