One room is available now for $845 a month (empty room in the photos).
The other two rooms are available on September 1st.
The rooms coming available on 8/1/25 are the master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in closet and an another room that is on its own level and has its own bathroom as well. Rent for the other rooms will be $995 for the master and $895 for the other one on its own level.
Offering 50% first months rent if you sign a lease before September.

Current roommate that is staying is relatively new to the house and is a laid back male around the age of 30 and a working professional.

Looking for only one individual per room. Dogs allowed with a pet fee, the yard is fenced front and back (currently there are no dogs living there).
