Description: My current Roommate is moving out, and I'm looking for someone to take up half of the lease for next year. The place is a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse, with bedrooms and 2 private baths on the second floor, and kitchen, living room, and half bath on the first. The room available is the one on the entrance side of the building.

Size: 11'x12'
Furnished: The room will be unfurnished, but downstairs will have some furniture already. I'm currently planning on redoing the setup downstairs at the end of the school year, and ideally, we have some collaborative effort to make it a nice space.
Utilities: Water and Trash are covered, just need to split electricity and internet
Bathroom: 2 Private full baths w/ shared half bath on the first floor
Amenities: Coin-op laundry on-site, Private balcony
Kitchen Access: Full Kitchen, with garbage disposal and dishwasher,
Smoking/Pets: I have a wonderful but sometimes annoying cat named Echo, and smoke weed outside or blow it out the window fairly frequently.
Transportation: 10-minute walk to Monterey St. for Bus route 4 access, Reserved Parking.
