Step inside and be greeted by the stylish interior design. The first floor boasts an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Sink into the comfortable sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Gather around the dining table with seating for 8 and enjoy delicious meals together. Prepare gourmet meals in the modern kitchen that features a massive kitchen island with seating for 4. Equipped with brand new appliances, gorgeous countertops, and a wet bar, this kitchen is every chef's dream. Need some fresh air? Step onto the back deck, overlooking the sparkling pool, where you can dine alfresco or unwind in the comfortable seating area.

The master suite on this level is a true sanctuary. With a king size bed, Smart TV, and a massive en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and double vanity, you'll feel pampered and relaxed. Additional amenities include an adorable study for those who need to catch up on work or indulge in some reading. For your convenience, there's also a half bathroom and laundry room on this level.

Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed and Smart TV for ultimate relaxation and privacy. A den with a large TV offers additional space to unwind or watch movies on the comfortable couch. Two of the bedrooms even have en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom accessed from the hallway.

Retreat to the amazing back patio to find the private pool, comfortable chaise lounges, and a large dining table for unforgettable gatherings. Whether you're lounging by the poolside, enjoying a delicious meal under the stars, or simply unwinding in style, this is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach!

Parking is provided in the driveway or underneath the house. Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $525 upon signing the lease agreement.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
