Applicant CANNOT have any EVICTIONS, BANKRUPTCIES or RENTAL JUDGEMENTS within the last 3 years. Applicant CANNOT have any Outstanding Debt for a previous lease. IF APPROVED, SCHEDULE a MOVE-IN DATE, & MOVE-IN! APPROVED APPLICANTS who sign a new lease and pay all monies due at lease signing will receive a month's free rent. Free month will be applied ON THE 7TH MONTH of new lease ONLY IF the 1st 6 months are paid in full & on time each month.
