Applicant will work at existing job for a minimum of one year;- application process will include a criminal/employment/credit history; - Preferred applicant will have zero evictions;- Having references from current employer and current Landlord would be a PLUS - applicant needs to make three (3) times the rent to qualify. - applicant is responsible for electric, gas, water, cable - no smoking in apartment. no pets - to move in applicant will be required to provide security deposit ; one month rent plus the first month assuming good credit. cashier check.- applicant will be required to provide copies of pay stub (all sensitive data marked out except monthly salary and time in position) to prove monthly- renter pays for background checks - $55- preferred applicant will have a credit score if 600 or greater.
