This is a five-bedroom house for female roommates only, one person per room. No exceptions.

Currently four upstairs rooms are occupied by female professionals and one downstairs space is available for one new tenant: $1,280 per month (400 sq ft carpet bedroom plus a small bonus tile room, both with separate entries that are for the exclusive use of the new tenant) .

Off-street parking is available, free of charge. All utilities, high-speed internet, professional yard services, pest control once per month, and Ring cameras/protection plan are included.

Shared areas (entrance, kitchen, living room, family room, laundry room, upstairs hall bathroom and downstairs bathroom) are professionally cleaned twice a month, paid by the owner. Each tenant is responsible for cleaning their private space.
