PRIVATE ROOM AND BATHROOM IN SHARED HOME: A fully furnished master bedroom and private bathroom in a home shared with the owners (one male, one female). Available July 1st, 2024. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple miles outside of the main part of Helena. The room is furnished with a full size bed, night stand, easy chair, dresser, Smart TV, and entertainment center. Blinds and blackout curtains. Bedsheets, comforter, blankets, towels, and bathmat provided. Some toiletries provided to start. Iron and ironing board in room. Central heating and AC. Tenant has free access to shared spaces on the property: kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, back and front yards. Free parking in front driveway.

There is a small 7-year-old male dog (corgi) and a 6-year-old female cat on the property. Both friendly and don't have access to the guest room. We unfortunately can't accommodate additional pets, though.
