We're offering two large furnished rooms in a spacious 4-bed, 3-bath home. The rooms share a large bathroom.

About the Space:
Bright rooms with two large windows each, located in a quiet neighborhood near Disneyland, UCI Medical Center, and Anaheim Convention Center. Parking available on-site. Shared access to full kitchen, living room, and laundry. Cleaning service provided for common areas and shared bath. Room cleaning available upon request (small fee). Shared supplies included: trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, etc.

Construction Notice:
In ~6 months, construction will begin in the backyard, garage, and left side. The home sits on a large 0.31-acre lot, and your rooms are on the opposite side. During construction, on-site parking will not be available, however there is street-side parking. Minimal impact expected, with brief daytime noise during working hours (10-15 days).

Ideal Tenant:
Not WFH. Clean, responsible, light cooking, respectful of housemates.
