Private furnished 3 room suite w/private entrance available short term lease to traveling professionals only who need 2-4 month place to stay while in Salem, OR or Willamette Valley area. This 500 sq ft suite is has a living area, bedroom with queen bed & bathroom. 2 private entrances & small patio with BBQ. No smoking in suite but outside is permitted if disposed of properly. Close parking is available. Washer/dryer are available in separate building on the property also with exercise equipment. Suite does not have a full kitchen there is a full size refrigerator, Keurig single cup coffee maker, Primo hot/cold water dispenser & counter top toaster oven/air fryer/convection oven. We are located in the country, minutes from downtown Salem. Being in the country there is wildlife & farm animals around us. We have chickens in the back of the property & a 80 lb black lab mix dog. All utilities included. We do require proof of a renters policy, pet & security deposit.
