Monthly rentals start at $950/month (depending of room size & configuration) which including utilities. Rooms have basic furnishings: (bed, nightstand, dresser, & desk) Rooms have half bath, (showers are shared). One month security and first month rent is required to take occupancy.

The home has a large community Kitchen, Living Room & Dining Room. Kitchen Refrigerator and Cabinet space is provided. Basement Laundry Room has coin operated machines.
