This is an unfurnished bedroom available to rent June 1st. We are looking for one individual to rent the room. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Rent is $850 per month, utilities included. $850 deposit required. Rent and deposit can be paid by check or online. Lease is 12 months. Renter's insurance is required. Application and background check required to verify credit and income.

Spacious bedroom in a shared house, includes full bathroom, living room, dining table, kitchen, and washer/dryer on each level. Shared use of the yard and patio with a grill. Tenants are responsible for keeping common spaces clean and basic yard maintenance. There are entrances in the front and back of the house, with keyless entry. Room has key for individual privacy.
